Neotech Warewashing products come with a 2 year parts and 1 year labour warranty, subject to the customer providing a receipt establishing that:

1. The product was purchased from an authorised Neotech Sales Agent;

2. The product was installed and commissioned by an authorised Neotech service technician; and

3. The planned maintenance schedule has been performed on the 10th and 20th month after purchase.

The customer is also required to prove that no other parties have moved or interfered with the installation or programming during the warranty period.

Please note that squeeze tubes are a consumable item and blockages are not covered by warranty. They require regular replacement as part of the scheduled maintenance program.
