Neotech Washers are very easy to install, however, they do require a registered plumber or authorised installer to connect to water services and maintain your warranty.
Can I get assistance or further training for new staff?
Neotech has a network of Sales Agents across the country who are able to assist with refresher training and minor issues ensuring the customer minimises downtime if an issue arrises. Videos of how to maintain and program the washer are available for customers who have registered their warranty.
